    Tap Your Keg LLC respects your privacy, and we use an SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) to ensure all information given on our website for the purpose of purchasing our products is secure. We will not sell, rent or give away to third parties any personal information placed on our website.

    However if you choose to purchase a product on our secure website you agree to give all necessary infomation including all necessary banking information and/or credit card number and expiration date, your delivery and billing address.  We may use the information given to communicate with you for the purpose of fullfilling an order, or for the delivery of goods.

    The purchaser understands that If the necessary information to complete an order or for the delivery of goods is not given,  the order(s) will not be fullfilled or delivered until such time all necessary information is completed.

    The user of this site understands that we may rely on a third party to perform functions on our website such as webhosting, marketing, and banking institutions, and that we will work closely and diligently with those third parties to ensure the private information of our customners is secure. However, Tap Your Keg LLC will not be held responsible or liable for any actions of those third parties.

    If we change or update this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Site so that you will always be aware of  changes.   • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping:

    At this time, Tap Your Keg,LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii. Additionally, Tap Your Keg,LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

     

    Delivery Acceptance and Responsibilities:

    Buyer assumes full possession of products upon signed delivery and inspection to ensure no damage during shipping.
    Please take the time to inspect your order UPON DELIVERY to make sure that everything arrived undamaged and as expected.

    Damage during shipping is the Sellers responsibility. In the event of any damage during shipping, damage must be reported via call to 360-941-6779 within two (2) business days.  A Return shipping label will be provided.  Seller will request pictures of said damage.

     If damage occurs during shipping and is not reported with 48 hours, buyer assumes all responsibility.

     

     



  • Warranties
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty:

    All chillers  and hardware are intended for use as directed in manual.  Please refer to your manual.
    Chillers come with a limited 12 month warranty that covers the functionality of all products.  The warranty does not cover finishes, cosmetic discoloration, damage done by user, improper installation or normal wear.
    We will replace any part that fails to function properly with the return of the failed product.
    In the event of a failed chiller within the warranty period, we will provide buyer with a return shipping label.  We will repair the chiller to best of our efforts and will return product at our expense. If unable to repair, we will provide a new chiller.
    Damaged Orders:
    It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Any damage to product from shipping, including concealed damage, must be reported to Tap Your Keg  via a call to 360-941-6779 or an  email to info@tapyourkeg.com within 2 business days of receiving your product in order for a shipping claim to be processed. We will request pictures if at all possible of shipping damage to help facilitate a claim with shipping company.


  • Return Policy
  • Return/Exchange:

    If you need to exchange or return your order, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. A 20% exchange ( restocking )  fee will apply to any exchange order. All exchange shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. No Returns or Exchanges are accepted after 14 days or if the product has been installed, altered or used in any way. Returned chillers must be repacked in same box exactly as it was shipped. All manuals, taps, drip trays, etc.  must accompany return or return will be denied.
    Please contact us at  360-941-6779  to get your Return Authorization Form for returns which must accompany any return. Visit our Returns Page for additional information the return process.
    Cancelled Orders:

    Please note that all sale orders placed will have until the close of the following business day to be cancelled with no cancellation fee. This must be done over the phone by the person that placed the order (no other form of communication will be accepted).
    All orders cancelled after the following business day are subject to 25% cancellation fee.

    Changes to Orders:

    All changes to an existing order need to be made before the end of the next business day after placing the order. This must be done over the phone by the person that placed the order. No other form of communication will be accepted.  All Changes made to an order after the next business day following placing the order will incur a 20% Change Order Fee. Please understand that these custom-made products often begin to be manufactured the day following an order placement
